November 2016
Welcome to Hull City Hall’s Spring 2017 season

Hull City Hall are delighted to play a major role in the programme of events for Hull UK City of Culture 2017. With two sold out nights of The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust, plus three exciting festival weekends celebrating the work of Basil Kirchin, Women of the World and John Grants North Atlantic Flux.

Our successful orchestral concert series Hull City Hall Classics continues with concerts from our partners Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, visits from the Halle Orchestra and BBC Philharmonic Orchestra. There is also an exciting concert from Hull Philharmonic Orchestra featuring a world premiere performance of a new music piece for Organ and Orchestra commissioned by Karl Jenkins for Hull UK City of Culture 2017.

The variety continues with comedy from Sean Lock, Omid Djalili, Jimmy Carr, Ruby Wax and Dave Spikey, music from Caro Emerald, Polish rock band Lady Pank and The Brighouse and Rastrick Band, plus childrens shows Mister Maker, Justins Party and Milkshake.

Why not try something a little different and enjoy a three course meal with your entertainment as we welcome back Laughlines Comedy dinner shows into the Mortimer Suite with Valentines murder mystery special, Murder at the Red Mill, plus Del and Rodney’s comedy dinner.
