Working Voices Project

NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is working with the People's Panel and the Enterprise Panel to reach out to the local workforce through the Working Voices Initiative. The programme will support employers to create a happier, healthier and more empowered workforce.

Working Voices takes health information and engagement activities to the workforce rather than expecting them to come to us.  Capturing the views of the working population about changes within the NHS will provide valuable insight from this often ignored group. A number of local employers have already joined the project.
