Tattoo hygiene rating appeal

If you disagree with the tattoo hygiene rating awarded to your business you can appeal to us within 28 days of receiving the notification of your rating.

Appeal a decision or request a reassessment

What happens next

Once we receive your appeal the case will be reviewed. In some circumstances a further visit to your business will be required.

If the rating changes as a result of the appeal we will send you a new certificate and sticker that you can display.
