Hull City Council has plans in place to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic working with public and voluntary sector partners to protect and support our residents and businesses.
A Major Incident has been declared by the Humber Local Resilience Forum so our available staff and resources are now focused on delivering critical services. This means some services being reduced or temporarily suspended, and that responses to specific enquiries may take longer than usual.
