If you are looking for childcare in Hull where safety is given a priority and has been recognised, we run the Focus on Safety Award Scheme.
The award scheme aims to reduce accidents to children by encouraging childcare providers to keep accident prevention high on the agenda amongst staff, children, carers and parents. The scheme has been endorsed by the Child Accident Prevention Trust (CAPT).
“This is an impressive scheme that identifies opportunities to engage parents, staff and children to consider how accidents happen and how to avoid them. I think nurseries and childminders will find this very useful resource”, Kevin Lowe, Head of Consultancy and Training Services at CAPT.
The childcare provider will display a certificate at the premises and also have a window sticker. It may also use the Focus on Safety Award Scheme logo on any of its publicity materials.
