School service standards

To make sure that services are delivered to an agreed minimum level we have service standards.

Customer satisfaction

Results of our customer satisfaction review are shared with the school and recorded through -

  • a survey once a year
  • service review undertaken twice a year

Service delivery

In the delivery of all services we will -

  • maintain effective working relationships
  • respond to feedback quickly
  • inform customers about any changes that affect service delivery
  • provide timely updates about changes to policies and processes
  • make sure accountability for poorly performing services
