Registering for a myAccount gives you access to a wide variety of council services online from managing your Council Tax account to requesting a Bulky Waste collection.

You will also need to register for a myAccount if you are a landlord and wish to access the My Revenues and Benefits system, to check your payment history or any upcoming payments.

School Portal gives you access to a wide array of schools information.

Register for Housing Self Service

Housing Self Service gives you access to your rent account as, as well as allowing you to raise non-emergency repairs online removing the need to wait in a queue for an advisor. Please see below for our handy guide on how to use our Housing Self Service if you have any difficulities.

Have you verified your account?

When registering for our online accounts you will be asked to verify your account, which consists of you receiving  a link via email. Please follow the instructions on this email, and verify your account within 60 minutes. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk inbox.

Have you forgotten your password?

When resetting your password you will receive a link via email. Please follow the instructions on this email, and set up a new password via the link that is emailed to you, however please be aware that this link is only valid for 60 minutes. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk inbox.

Once you have requested to reset your password you will receive an email, please follow the instructions on the email to reset your password. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk inbox.

Have you received the following error '404 Page Not Found'

This means the link you are using is no longer available, this may be due to the link being amended or no longer in use. If you are using a saved 'Bookmark' you will need to navigate the Council website to find the relevant new page or link.
