My Housing Online portal
The My Housing Online portal gives you access to -
- your rent account
- reporting of non-emergency repairs
- bidding for properties
Please see below for our handy guide on how to register to use the portal as your details previously used for Housing Self-Serve will no longer work.
When registering for our online accounts you will be asked to verify your account, which consists of you receiving a link via email. Please follow the instructions on this email, and verify your account within 60 minutes. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk inbox.
Resetting a password
When resetting your password you will receive a link via email. Please follow the instructions on this email, and set up a new password via the link that is emailed to you, however please be aware that this link is only valid for 60 minutes. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk inbox.
To reset your password for My Housing Online use the link below and select the "forgot password" link. Enter the email address that you used to create your account and select "reset password" to receive your email.
