COVID-19 service update
Due to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic, the Hull Warm Homes Team will no longer be undertaking home visits, we will instead complete applications over the telephone and via email and prioritise the most vulnerable who are without any heating or hot water.
The warm homes team provide a specialist service with the primary aim of reducing fuel poverty, increasing domestic energy efficiency and improving affordable warmth in the city.
We are here to help householders to keep warm, keep well and save money by providing a free, impartial advice service and access to relevant support.
We are here to support all residents with advice, help and support to keep warm and well over winter, our heating and insulation funding is available to both home owners and private tenants.

If eligible for ECO funded upgrades, we will manage the installation of measures and funding claim on behalf of the householder.
Where we cannot offer grant funded upgrades, we will provide information about alternative finance schemes.
