How to register

It is important that you enter your home address and email address correctly as these are used by the system to generate correspondence. You will then be emailed to verify your email address.

Use the link in the email to verify your account but be aware that the email link will only last 24 hours before expiring. If you do not receive the verification email check your spam or junk folder.

Setting up job alerts

Once you have verified your email address you will be taken to your dashboard. Here you can search for jobs and filter the search on your needs such as wage or contract type.

Find out how to search for jobs.

If you wish to add more alerts you can repeat the search with different criteria and then give it a different name and save.

If you wish to stop receiving alerts you can go to your dashboard and either untick the send me alerts box or choose the X and delete the alert.

Keeping your details up to date

We use the details you have registered with us to automatically send you letters and emails. Therefore, it is very important that you keep your details up to date.

If you amend your personal details on your application form such as your name, address or email address this will automatically update your registration. Additional information such as employment history or qualifications does not automatically change your registration, this needs to be updated independently and is explained below.

Cancelling your registration

If you want to cancel your registration you need to log in and select Edit your details on the homepage and then choose delete all your details or close registration.

Unable to register

If you receive an error message 'Error - Email Address is not unique' this means someone has already registered using the email address provided.

If you receive a message telling you that you already have an account you can use the forgot password link and we will automatically send you your username and password.
