Tenant participation

By getting involved in tenant participation you can influence the way we deliver our housing services and make decisions with us which help deliver an excellent service to all our customers. So you can give us your views on what we are doing well, and what we could do better. We organise and manage involvement activities and help volunteers, in line with our eight main involvement principles.

Our tenants compact

The 'key to our future' document, known as the tenants compact, sets out what we do for our involved tenants, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. It covers a range of issues including the principles that govern tenant participation and it is signed by the council and council tenants.
