Graffiti removal

You can request removal of graffiti from -

  • council buildings
  • parks and open spaces
  • public litter bins and seating
  • street lights, bollards and beacons
  • private residential property (a fee is applicable and a disclaimer must be signed)

We do not remove graffiti from -

  • railway land
  • junction boxes
  • telephone boxes
  • bus shelters

Racist grafitti should also be reported to Humberside Police by telephoning 101.

What happens next

We aim to remove -

  • offensive graffiti within one working day
  • other graffiti within three working days
