Appeal a planning decision

You can only appeal a planning decision if you submitted the original planning application. If you did not submit it you can only comment on the application.

To appeal a planning decision you must fill in a planning inspectorate form within six months of the date of notice. If you are submitting an appeal against refusal of a householder application you must do so within 12 weeks.

Visit the GOV.UK website to appeal a planning decision.
