Employ an apprentice
Apprentices are good for your business as they have been designed to meet your needs and it can be more cost effective than recruiting skilled staff, leading to lower overall training and recruitment costs. Setting up an apprenticeship is easier than you think, we discuss your requirements and guide you through the process, supporting you and your apprentice all the way.
If you would like to employ an apprentice, you may be eligible for a financial incentive to assist you in recruiting an apprentice. The grant is aimed at encouraging eligible employers to offer young people aged 16-24 years old employment through the apprenticeship programme.
