My Bus Pass portal

The 'My Bus Pass' portal is the new way to apply for, renew and replace older persons and disability bus passes.

'My Bus Pass' portal is available to use at any time, which provides a faster response and ensures new passes are usually received in 5 working days.

Renewals with My Bus Pass portal

You can apply for a renewal on My Bus Pass Portal up to 6 weeks before the expiry date on your current pass. You will receive the new bus pass 2 weeks before your current pass expires.

If you apply within 2 weeks of your expiry date, you will receive the replacement within 5 working days of the application being received.

Bus passes that expired over 2 years ago will have to be renewed in person at a library. It cannot be renewed through the My Bus Pass portal.

If you are unable to use the My Bus Pass portal, bus passes can be applied for by appointment at a library.
