We would encourage you to sign up yourself to be notified of changes to the Sponsor guidance through GOV.UK here.

Some community organisations have also developed advice on hosting, and can provide training courses to help you support your guests, access this information here.

If your guests need information about their future in the UK, they can find this here, in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Please share this link with them.

Biometric residence permit (BRP)

Hosts are asked to remind those guests who do not have a biometric residence permit (BRP) and have not yet booked an appointment to enrol their biometric features that they must do so within six months of the date that they entered the UK, so that they can obtain a BRP to show that they can live, work and access benefits in the UK for up to three years. They can book an appointment on GOV.UK here or access further information on BRPs here.
