Self-service will allow you to access services without the need to see an advisor. These include, but are not limited to -
- Council Tax account
- housing benefit
- Housing online account
- retrieve balances and payments
- raise non-emergency repairs
- bid for properties

If you are unable to provide proofs online you can visit a Customer Service Centre to provide these.
If you prefer to make an appointment, please use the form below. Please provide as much information as possible. You will be contacted by a Customer Service Advisor to discuss your enquiry and/or organise an appointment if required.
If you are more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment, you will need to re-book your appointment.
