You can pay your Licensing Act 2003 fees online.
You will need to provide a reference. For applications for a new premises licence this reference will be your Business Premises Address.
New premises licence applications
For new applications, please complete the below premises licence application form.
Once you have paid online, please ensure you submit your completed application form, along with your payment receipt number to -

To make payment for the grant of a premises licence application, please use the business premises address as the reference.
To make payment for applications such as variation of premises licence, transfer of premises licence or variation of Designated Premises Supervisor please use your licence number as your reference, this reference will start with KUH. This can be found on your premises licence.
Payment of Annual Fees
If you have received a Hull City Council invoice (Sundry Debt Invoice) for your fees, please pay via the below link, quoting your 10 digit invoice number -
