Ground floor flats
- new kitchen
- bathroom
- electrical works
- boiler/heating system
- damp proof works
- new concrete floor
Residents on the ground floor will be relocated for at least 26 weeks.
First and second floor flats
- seal balcony floors
- renew the external balcony water drainage pipes
Temporary waste arrangements will be provided for the kitchen sink and bathroom facilities while the works are in progress.
External fencing will be renewed.
