We have identified that external repairs and painting to 3868 properties citywide are required. The work is scheduled to take place during 2023 and 2024.
We will write to all residents whose homes are in the programme. The work will include –
- general maintenance
- redecoration of the outside of properties
- cleaning of the outside of the properties
- cleaning of guttering systems
Kingstown Works Limited (KWL) is working in partnership with us to deliver this work and will be in contact with residents to confirm an actual start date for the work. KWL may employ subcontractors to carry out this work. KWL will give residents 14 days' notice so that you can prepare.
Works of this nature may be weather dependent, but the contractor will keep you updated.
