Second reminder
If a payment is made after a first reminder has been issued and a further instalment is missed, a second reminder is issued for the unpaid amount.
If a payment is paid within 7 days, the instalments continue.
Contact us if you cannot bring your payments up to date within 7 days. It may be possible to make different arrangements. Otherwise, a court summons can be issued for the full amount of Council Tax due for the year. £80 costs are added to your bill.
