Food hygiene re-inspection and re-score
If your business currently has a food hygiene rating, you can -
- request a revisit and rescore
- appeal against a score
- outline actions taken after an inspection. This is known as right to reply
All the above documents can be downloaded.
You can request and pay for your food hygiene re-score and re-inspection online.
You need your 6 digit reference number. You can find this in the top right corner of your original rating score letter.
The fee for this service is £242. This fee came into place from 1 April 2023.
