We run surveys, polls and consultations, invite residents to special events and run prize draws for our respondents. The information we collect in surveys is used to make sure local people have their say on decisions that might affect them.

We process information about -
- residents and businesses participating in surveys
All information is supplied on an optional basis but may include -
- names and contact information
- demographic information, including sensitive date such as ethnicity
- views on particular topics or plans
Information is obtained only from completed surveys and applications to join the People's Panel/ the Enterprise Panel. Applications are kept for the duration of membership but you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Survey information is normally retained for 5 years but we are happy to fully delete any member's responses to any survey upon request.
We process personal information only on the basis of your consent and you can withdraw from the panel process at any time. We are happy to delete all People's Panel/Enterprise Panel information about you in full at any time. To exercise this right, contact us on the contact details already stated or using the Data Protection Officer details.
