We carry out equality impact assessments and undertake equality analysis to make sure that we consider equality issues whenever we –
- change any rules
- produce new rules or procedures
- changes to the way we deliver a service
These help us achieve improvements in the workplace and in the services we deliver whilst also making sure that we don’t make things worse for people in equality groups. The equality impact assessments that have been undertaken in the last five years are contained on the Hull IS website under each relevant service area.
