Accessing registered provider accommodation directly
Some registered providers only allocate their available properties through a nomination from us. But, many also allocate some of their properties from their own housing lists.
You need to contact each one for advice about registering directly with them.
Each provider has different policies, for example -
- rent in advance
- a savings limit
- age restrictions
