Kingston Care Service Information

Should you need emergency help, press the pendant to then puts a call through to the Kingston Care Control Centre. The centre is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This service is available to both council and private tenants. Note, no telephone line is required. You just access to a plug socket in room that lifeline is to be installed.

Lifeline can also provide a sound booster for people whom are hard of hearing. Via the sensory team or one can be purchased with the lifeline. Lifeline is a sim based unit and there is a weekly charge. The charge is currently £5.90. Depending on circumstances, VAT may have to be paid at 20%, which makes the weekly charge £7.08.
