Following repairs or planned work KWL will attend and remove any rubbish that has been left.
The process is as follows -
Day to day work
Collections are usually made the same day unless it is too late in the day (after 4pm). They are added to the following days collections within 24 hours unless its late Friday evening then the collection will be made the following Monday, unless this is a bank holiday Monday it will be the following Tuesday.
Planned Work
Collections are usually made during the works and on completion of the work again within 24 hours of completion unless late Friday or Bank Holiday (as above).
