If you have a swipecard, you can pay your former tenant rent arrears at any -
- UK post office with cash or a cheque
- supermarket or shop that displays the PayPoint logo with cash

What happens next
You should receive your swipecard within 14 days. Another payment method should be used until the swipecard arrives.
