From Thursday 20 June 2019, the way you access our online service has changed. You will no longer be able to log in using your previous My Revenues and Benefits account details. The new service is now accessed using your myAccount details. If you do not have a myAccount, you can register the first time you use the service.
Please be aware that for a short period of time, if you have a Housing Benefit claim with a partner, you may see fewer details than you were previously able to access on the partner side of your claim. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
You can use this service to -
- access details of your housing benefit
- check your payment history
- find out when your payments are due
- tell us about any changes - you may be contacted to confirm this in writing
Before making a new claim for Housing Benefit you will need to check if you're entitled to claim it, or whether you need to apply for Universal Credit.
