COVID-19 Service Updates -
The government are encouraging people to use contactless payments via the MiPermit app and observe two metre social distancing rules will be in place across all car parks.
Pay and display machine fault
Please use a different pay and display machine where possible.
If a pay and display ticket has the wrong value this will be due to insufficient coins being used or by selecting ticket issue before all coins have registered.
If you wish to report a pay and display machine as being faulty complete our online form -
This is run by MiPermit on behalf of Hull City Council as a service.
Once set up a member of the public can pay for parking at most of the Council's car parks (Tower Street and Hull Ice Arena being the exceptions) and on street using their mobile telephone.
