Everything you need to know about mentoring

Explore CIPD’s new mentoring programme—learn the benefits, hear from speakers, and try mentoring tools as mentor and mentee!

About this event

This event introduces everything participants need to know about mentoring. Inspiring speakers will showcase the benefits of CIPD’s new Member-to-Member Mentoring Programme and demonstrate how easy it is to get involved. Attendees will also experience mentoring in action, trying out the roles of mentor and mentee using best practice tools and techniques.

This interactive event is designed to provide participants with everything they need to know about mentoring, whether they are mentors or coaches, looking to use mentoring for their own development, seeking a mentor, or employers interested in embedding mentoring within their L&D strategy.

Inspiring speakers will highlight the benefits of mentoring and demonstrate how straightforward it is to access and use CIPD’s new Member-to-Member Mentoring Programme.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to experience mentoring first-hand by taking on the role of both mentor and mentee, using best practice tools and techniques to gain a practical understanding of the value mentoring can offer.
