G4C is the voice of young professionals in the built environment. We host a range of events that aim to connect, develop and challenge the future leaders of the built enviroment in Yorkshire and Humber.

G4C’s first event of 2026 aims to connect young professionals of any discipline within the built environment to better the collaboration and innovation of the construction industry.
Anyone is welcome if you support the construction and built environment industry such as: clients, contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, surveyers, students or any other specialist services etc.

Founded in Hull, 1989 by civil engineer Charlie Spencer MBE, with just two employees the business has grown significantly and now supports the UK's Ports & Maritime, Rail & Transport, Sustainable energies sectors and builds and maintains Bridges across the world. As a founding partner of the Ron Dearing UTC technical College with regular apprentice intakes our commitment to connecting and supporting the next generation of construction professionals digs deep and we want to continue this ethos by hosting the first Hull & Humber networking event focused on young professionals in a long while.
