I started working in the Managed Workspace Centres in 2017.
Whilst being part of a team working together to give our licensees and visitors to the centres a great experience by delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service.
I was given an opportunity to develop my knowledge I have completed my SFEDI Level 3 Award in Enterprise Mentoring this has enabled me to support licensees to help their business grow.
Establishing good working relationships with internal and external partners is essential to keep up to date with new trends and the needs of new and growing businesses within the centres.
Through this process, my knowledge of the work of Manage Workspace Centres is always improving.
