With 12 Years in Property, I have extensive experience in strategic commercial asset management.
I have planned, implemented, and managed projects for leading national retailers and supported retail property expansion strategies nationally. As a commercial agent I have specialised in retail and industrial lease management and agency.
For Hull City Council I lead the development of the Council’s corporate strategic framework, addressing locals, national and international challenges at a localised level.
I am the Project Asset Manager for Hepworth Arcade and am driving the redevelopment of the arcade into a niche independent retail destination in Hull’s Old Town.
I am responsible for progressing the portfolio’s digital connectivity and am implementing a range of new Property IT Infrastructure to modernise tenant engagement and service delivery.
My qualifications are BA(Hons) MSc MRICS
