James Strawhorn - Senior Chartered Surveyor
With 20 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor, I have gained valuable expertise in providing advice on a range of valuation and landlord and tenant matters, having been involved in the valuation of operational and investment portfolios for public & private sector clients including Academy Trusts in the Primary and Secondary academic sectors.
I have significant experience in the provision of telecoms advice to landlords in connection with new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and terminations.
My qualificartions are BSc (Hons) MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer
