I am a Registered Valuer with over 30 years of property related experience, both in the private and public sectors.
My portfolio of work is quite varied and have has sole responsibility for housing sector acquisitions with a focus on regeneration areas and the Government Empty Homes initiative.
I deal with commercial property disposals, compulsory purchase matters, landlord & tenant work including dilapidation & schedules of condition.
I provide bespoke valuations to clients as well as advice in relation to business rates/appeals as well as the Party Wall Act.
My qualifications are BSc (Hons) MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer.
