Safeguarding Threshold Training - Learning and Development courses

Clear thresholds and processes and a common understanding of them across partners should help ensure that appropriate referrals are made and improve the effectiveness of joint work, leading to a more efficient use of resources¿ (Working Together 2010)
The Threshold of Need Guidance is endorsed by Hull Safeguarding Children Board and should be used with immediate effect to help professionals, agencies/organisations to work together effectively to meet the needs of children in Hull. The full document is available at Hull Children's Safeguarding

Group 2 - those in regular contact or who have a period of intense but irregular contact with children/young people amd/or parents/carers, and who may be in a position to identify safeguarding concerns, including those which may arise for the use of a common and shared assessment.

Prior to attending this course you must complete Safeguarding Children - A Shared Responsibility
