About Learning and Development

We are based in Brunswick House on Strand Close off Beverley Road.

You can easily get to us using public transport and we are also within walking distance of the transport interchange. There is also a car park and bike shed at the rear of the building.

Some of our courses may be held at different locations so check the course information when booking.

Our main training site at Brunswick House has the following facilities available -

• vending machines for hot, cold drinks and snacks
• walking distance to local shops
• HCC desktop and laptop equipment for council staff to use
• large seating area in main atrium for eating and relaxing
• prayer room
• meeting rooms available on request
• secure bike shed
• car park with disabled parking spaces
• wheelchair accessible building
• a lift to all floors
• disabled toilets
• hearing products. These are available on request
• course material available in different formats. These are available on request
