Aim

To enhance your understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace and equip you as managers or aspiring managers with practical tools to foster a neuroinclusive culture for all employees

Objectives

  • Understand the legal framework around neurodiversity, with a focus on the Equality Act 2010 and its implications for employers and employees
  • Examine the employee lifecycle and identify opportunities to embed neuroinclusive practices at every stage
  • Create team-specific action plans that promote neuroinclusion, tailored to the unique needs and dynamics of each workplace
