Course Information

To explore what it means to be neurodivergent in the workplace and consider how this may be impacting on your neurodivergent colleagues

 

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify what is meant by neurodiversity and associated language.
  • Develop awareness of how differences in executive functioning can affect work performance and day-to-day activities.
  • Understand various challenges, barriers and experiences neurodivergent employees might face.
  • Explore how you can support neuro-inclusion in the workplace.
