This 90 minute session aims to introduce you to ‘Microaggressions’, focussing mostly on racial microaggressions.
Key aims are:
Sometimes talking about differences and how they affect us can be uncomfortable. This is an opportunity to learn how we can talk about race, and how we can navigate difficult or uncomfortable conversations when we might think ‘was it ok to say that?’. This session welcomes all curious and respectful questions on conversations about race, and gives attendees opportunity to challenge themselves and others in a workshop format |
