Course Information

This session is a workshop; with the majority the time dedicated to group work. Please let Learning and Development know if you do not feel confident with group work so the trainer is aware to not put you in a group

 

Aims: 

To empower neurodivergent individuals with practical tools, techniques, and strategies to better manage executive functioning and other associated neurodivergent challenges in the workplace

 

Objectives: 

  • Learn strategies to support executive functioning. 
  • Create a tailored toolkit of strategies that align with individual needs and work environments.
  • Identify reasonable adjustments and self-advocacy approaches to support neurodivergence at work.
  • Develop coping strategies to reduce overwhelm and improve workplace wellbeing.
