Course Information	This is refresher training: To equip residential staff with knowledge and skills to use PACE approach in the care of children with attachment difficulties To look at challenges of caring for children who are experiencing blocked trust To consider impact of blocked trust on nervous system and intersubjectivity To gain an understanding of shame To look at meeting hidden and expressed needs of CLA To introduce a Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy approach (DDP) using Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE) To discuss importance of connection before correction and explore behaviour support To provide an opportunity to understand importance of looking after self and recognising impact of own past experiences To understand the importance of recognising blocked care
