Neurodiversity Champion - Learning and Development courses

Neurodiversity Champions will play a key role in fostering a workplace where neurodivergent colleagues feel understood, supported, and able to thrive.

As a Champion, you will receive dedicated training that will equip you to: 

• Offer non‑judgmental listening — creating a safe, respectful space for colleagues to share their experiences
• Provide initial support and signposting — helping individuals access the right information, resources, or services
• Champion inclusive practice — promoting awareness, challenging stigma and encouraging positive change within your service area.
