Aims and Objectives

• Develop a practical script for responding to requests that may not be considered reasonable adjustments.
• Explore the difference between conduct and capability issues.
• Understand the appropriate process when an employee discloses a neurodivergent condition during a disciplinary, grievance, or Improving Employee Performance (IEP) process.
