Course Title	Moving and Handling Children and Adults Refresher
Course Information	Refresher Course We recommend that this course be refreshed once a year after completion of the full course. We offer a half day update course which covers the following practical session to ensure staff are keeping their skills up to date: • Kinetic Lifting Methods • Team Lifting • Unsafe lifting methods • Risk assessments • Use of Lifting Aids • Practical Use Of: - Hoists, Sliding Sheets, Lifting Belts, Turn Tables This is a practical course to ensure skills are up to date and techniques being used are correct and safe. A certificate of attendance is issued upon successful completion of the course.
