Keys
You are expected to hand the keys in to a local Customer Service Centre by 4.30pm on the date your tenancy is due to end.
To hand in the keys in, put them in an envelope with your name and address, and the address of the property the keys are for. Post them in one of the following letter boxes –

We will contact you to let you know that we have received the keys. If you do not hear anything after 7 days, ring and check to ensure the tenancy has been ended.
