Parking and bus lane penalty charge payments

There are several ways to pay a parking penalty charge notice or bus lane penalty charge notice (PCN). These must be paid in full within 14-days of being issued before the fee increases.

You need your reference number, which is 10 digits and starts with KH. If you have a different reference number, refer to your penalty charge notice to find out how to pay.
