How to access

We advise you to connect to Housing Self Service using Internet Explorer. The first time you access this there may be a delay. You may experience ongoing problems via Google Chrome or Firefox.

Repairs responsibility

The Housing Investment Service Repairs and Maintenance section is responsible for day to day repairs. The repairs service is provided by our partner organisation, KWL and a number of other specialist contractors. Both ourselves and our contractors do our best to complete all repairs on the first visit however this is not always possible and a further visit or follow up work may be required. If the work cannot be completed in one visit the contractor explains what needs to be done next and makes arrangements with you for further visits. If a repair is needed because of negligence, intentional damage or misuse, you may be charged for the repair.
