Course Information	to extend participants knowledge beyond level one adult safeguarding to working with adults to protect them from abuse and neglect consider and reflect on making safeguarding personal understand and participate in responses to adult safeguarding concerns understand and apply the principle of consent and information sharing consider the assessment and management of risk recognise the importance of recording for safeguarding purposes
Course length	4 hours
Target group	Staff and volunteers who deliver direct services to adults with care and support needs, or who manage indirect services.
Learning pathway	Before enrolling onto this course, Safeguarding Adults Level 1 (e-learning) must be completed first.
